Carolina Friends Rules and FAQ's

Memberships/ Free Profile Questions and Privacy
We ask that everyone has an online "Free Profile" that is where our waiver and rules are. It's important to have read them. We also ask that your legal names be used when creating. Your names are not public, nor seen by others, but merely used for check-in and booking hotel rooms for you. While we understand that some may not wish to disclose their legal identity, we will not grant approval to those who refuse to provide this information. You consent to these upon submitting your profile for approval. At Carolina Friends, we understand the need for discretion and privacy. We make this responsibility one of our highest priorities. A membership is not the same. A membership gives you perks, such as enjoy Private Chat with other Carolina Friends Members, View profiles & create "passkey photos", Automatic discounts for various Carolina Friends Events, Private email other members you like, Play AutoDate on who's going page to connect at parties! (Party tickets not included with membership.) You must have an approved profile to access your membership. You create your log in credentials through your profile.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds (minus 50% of the total package price) are available only if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event.

No refunds will be issued during the week of the event.

Safety First
At Carolina Friends, the enjoyment, privacy, and security of our guests are always our primary focus. To maintain the exciting, safe, and secure atmosphere, it is imperative that our club members always share in these same priorities. In essence, respect the privacy of other members, DO NOT TOUCH unless invited and being respectful at all times. Consent is SEXY! ALWAYS, ALWAYS REMEMBER “NO” is a complete sentence! Our staff takes pride in the sexy, safe, and inviting atmosphere of Carolina Friends.

Club Rules
Please take a moment to fully read and understand all club rules prior to your visit. For the privacy and enjoyment of all guests, please respect our club rules and the rules of any venue we may be in. Please, expect these rules to be strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse anyone to enter and may ask you to leave for overall appearance and/or demeanor.

You must be 21 years of age to attend any of our events and to have an approved profile.
Upon checking-in you will be required to wear wristbands for the duration of the event.
With COVID-19 or any other future illnesses, we reserve the right to add other stipulations at such time.
State or Federally issued ID's will be required at check-in.
Our events are 100% NO Pressure Atmosphere, where "NO" means "NO" with no explanations necessary. There is never any pressure to participate in any way! We ask that you respect this decision from anyone. If you are told "NO" or "We Are NOT Interested" move along, for these are complete sentences. Don't take it personal.
Do Not stalk, harass, be creepy or make members or staff uncomfortable by your actions.
ASK BEFORE YOU TOUCH- if the answer is NO, don't ask again.
Treat others with dignity and respect. DO NOT interrupt others or open closed doors.
NO cell phone usage, but in designated areas. Including photography and videotaping. Anyone in your photos or videos need to give consent.
Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to go back to their room or leave. If asked to leave and you return you could be banned indefinitely.
NO E Cigs or smoking in venues. There is designated areas outside.
Respect all venues by cleaning up after yourself, it's not our responsibility to clean up your mess.
NO WEAPONS or DRUGS of any kind are allowed.
If there is ever an issue, please allow CF Staff to handle it. There will always be security or staff available to help. If we don't know, we can't fix it.
SINGLE MALES ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND MOST EVENTS but are limited based on venue and overall attendance. There are times SINGLE MALES will not be allowed to attend.

Dress Code

General Dress Code
We consider CF to be upscale, so we ask that all members dress accordingly. While sexy attire is certainly encouraged, we recommend that you dress to impress. Most events have themes, it's not required to dress the theme to attend, but encouraged and have fun dressing the part. Our staff have the discretion to make the determination on appropriate clothing. Much of that discretion will be based on the presentation of all clothing. There is times that dress code will be strictly enforced in areas of events. They will be posted and noted on itineraries.

Women's Dress Examples:

SEXY, SCANDALOUS, SASSY, FLIRTY! Skirts, dress capris, designer jeans, booty shorts, lingerie, club dresses, evening cocktail dresses, halters, hose & heels, dress boots... If you feel sexy others will too.

Men's Dress Examples:

Casual slacks, designer jeans, button down shirts, collared shirts, designer tees, dress / designer boots, dress shoes, up- scale and modern comfort. NO Flip Flops (unless theme approved)

There is unacceptable areas- when you look sexy others will too. Be neat, clean, and classy and you will be accepted.

What makes a "couple" and polyamory"

A couple is two people.

For polyamory couples. If you are bringing more than one partner in, then you will need to pay for the third person as a single. (We understand that technically you are not single.)
