Privacy & Ticket Information

Ticket Access
All available tickets can be viewed by logging into your profile and selecting the event, then clicking the “Tickets” tab. If a specific ticket option is not visible, it is not currently available.

We take privacy seriously. That’s why we buy out the entire venue exclusively for our members to ensure a secure, discreet and immersive experience. While member experience is our top priority, party-only tickets may occasionally become available during the week leading up to the event, depending on availability.

Room Reservations

All room reservations - including Friday and Sunday night stays - are handled in-house by Carolina Friends.

Please do NOT contact the venue directly, as they will not be able to answer questions or assist with reservations.

The Wednesday prior to the event, a detailed message with the DO's and DON'T's will be emailed out. 

Housekeeping Rules:

• At check-in, please have your ID's and tickets available. (Ticket Forms: On Phone or Paper)
• If attending as a couple, you need to check in together.
• Check-IN Closes at 10 PM. If you will be arriving after 10 PM a prepaid ticket needs to be purchased and email (mail@carolinafriends.com) the club letting us know. Otherwise, security will have to turn you away. 

• Be sure that you ARE NOT PRESENTING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: fever (over 100.4), shortness of breath, skipping/ fluttering beats of heart, unusual dizziness, new loss of taste or smell, dry cough, running nose, or sore throat, diarrhea or vomiting, there is not anyone in your household with COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19. As well as knowingly have colds, flues, and infectious diseases, including COVID-19 which can be passed to others.

• "NO" is a complete sentence. Be respectful and take your cue and move along. DO NOT keep asking.
• Discretion is KEY. Be discreet at all times and respect the privacy of other.
• Cell Phones are to be used ONLY in designated areas. 
• Excessive drunkenness can result in being sent to your room and not allowed to return to the party. Excessive Drunkenness is not an excuse to be rude and can lead to being banned from any future events. 
• Security will be onsite. If there should be a problem of any kind- please find security or go to the club check-in desk and we will help you.
• Clean up after yourselves.

• You may have received an email notifying you that someone anonymously liked your profile. To see who, just click the Who Viewed Me link on the People tab to see who was checking you out. This may take a little sleuthing but we have found that the use of the anonymous "like" feature leads to lots more matches when that "like" is reciprocated and both parties get notifications. 
• Gold Circles at the top of profiles indicate Premium Membership and those members can reply to messages. Red Circles indicate someone logged in recently and is online.
• If you want to make more connections log in daily and your profile will show up on the Who's Online page. 
• Chat with other premium members by going to their profiles and clicking chat (please be courteous to make sure they are available). 
• The Who's Going list is also a good way to check out active members who you will see at the next party. 
• You can go through all pages and mark your preferences for the couples and single ladies you like. ​​​​​​As everyone does this, you'll quickly get an idea of potential partners at an upcoming event.
