Prices vary by event and the information below is specific to the Charlotte 2012 Valentine’s Hotel Takeover Weekend. Please contact our reservation service for party prices for any other hotel takeovers not shown here.
- All prices are per couple, tax is included.
- Reservations are NOT required if you do not wish to have a room for the evening/weekend.
- Ladies attending without a partner are admitted FREE or at a reduced rate as shown below! Rooms may be added at the going rate.
- Room & Party Rates are dependent upon the going room rate, and may change without notice. Please verify pricing when making your reservation.
- Checkout time is at noon for the host hotel but guests can request late checkout
- The host hotel is no smoking.
- Friday evening club activities are held at The Estate with free shuttle service to and from the convention hotel.
- Saturday afternoon and evening activities are held at the host hotel we’re taking over.
- Saturday after midnight activities are held at both the host hotel and The Estate (which will open at Midnight)
- Anyone attending the Saturday Hotel Event will be admitted to The Estate at no additional charge
- Saturday after midnight door fee at The Estate (for those not attending the hotel event) the same as for the hotel event shown below)
- Please contact our reservation service to make/confirm/cancel reservations. All hotel reservations must be prepaid by credit card or money order. Rooms may not be available at the time of check in for those who fail to follow this policy.
2012 Charlotte Valentine’s Hotel Takeover Billing Policy
- No cancellations will be permitted after 2/4/12.
- Cancellations within 10 days of the event date will be charged a $10
- Cancellations within 20 days of the event date will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.
- Billing for the 2/11/12 Event will be done on 2/1/12
