Dave, S and I both had a super time this weekend. Loved every minute of it. We want to thank you for all your help you gave us since we joined. The Estate on Friday night was great. You have a first class facility.
We both were very impressed by the way that it is run. Everybody we meet from the staff to all of the members could not have been and nicer. Everybody was very helpful and respectful. The bar service was always great and fast. The food was great. Dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent. Great selection. 2nd floor of The Estate is great. We spent a lot of time there. Everybody that was up there when we were was very friendly and respectful. Great time.
The party on Saturday night at the hotel could not have been organized and run any better. There were events all day long on Saturday and the party was great. I know that you and everybody that was involved in the planning and executing of the events on Saturday worked very hard to make it a huge success. The hotel is a nice place. We had no problems there.
One more person that I want to mention. Gary. We meet him when he drove us over to The Estate on Friday night. S and I were very impressed with him. He tells you like it is. We both have a lot of respect for Gary because of the way he runs the security for The Estate. He tells you the rules and that is the way it is. We know he worked long hours this weekend. Please let him know what we said about him. Tell him we are the couple from Ky. That he should remember. lol-lol
Once again thank you and all of the staff that made this weekend a super time for us. We are looking forward to returning to The Estate in the coming months. It is about a 5 hour or longer drive for us but it is worth the time spent driving to enjoy The Estate and all of the members there. D & S
Guys First off I’d like to thank you for allowing me to join your club Friday night. It was my first event and I must say, its one of the BEST Times I’ve had in a long time. Everyone was friendly and willing to talk and get to know each other. It was great and look forward to attending again real soon. I do have a female and another couple that also would like to come along with me next time. Since I’m a member am I allowed to bring a female with me and another couple?

J & I joined last Friday night and are planning on coming this Friday night also. We had such a good time! My question is: I have a black mesh top that has tiny little flowers all over it, but it is basically completely see-thru. Can I wear that on the dance floor, or is that considered lingerie that I can only wear upstairs? Thanks for your time…..K

Visited the Estate for the 2nd time this past Friday. Have to say, If I “thought” I was intrigued with the aura, the staff & the potential of the establishment on my 1st visit, I had NO idea of what was to come ( no punn intended). Thusly, I have to say THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!….twice!.. lol.. You guys provide this “no pressure” atmosphere that even a single man can enjoy and that is PARAMOUNT!!

First, I would just like to thank who ever came up with this great idea I went to the Estate for my first time last night and had a ball I was able to let my hair down and be myself. Keep doing what you are doing and business should continue to grow for the best.By the way I do have one question I paid my first time membership fee on my first night there already, so if I decide to come back in the future what is the fee for single female with a memebership pass i could not understand the cover charge lay out for single females for Friday and Saturday.
Hi Dave & Jane, Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much my wife and I enjoyed our first visit’s at The Estate this weekend. Everything stated in the rules we found to be followed to the T. This is all new to us and we found the environment to be totally comfortable, non threatening in any way yet charged festive so much so to our liking. Though not in the lifestyle per-say we love knowing we now have a sexually charged environment to play openly and often that is complete with hot dancing & a delicious buffet. The staff was amazing and very helpful too. Love all the rooms! We enjoyed our stay so much on friday that we came back on Saturday for the pool party (thank you again for setting aside food for us) and decided there to further follow up our visit by coming back on Saturday night. We are certainly looking forward to future visits and would highly recommend the Estate to our ‘close’ friends.

I, along with my wife B, visited the Estate for the first time earlier this year. We had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the Estate so much that we came back twice more and brought our girlfriend, J. She also had a wonderful time. We were also pleased to have met J and enjoyed his company, he has been most helpful with any questions etc. we have had. He actually directed me here to change my e-mail address. The three of us all agree that the Estate is what we have been looking for and we all feel extremely welcome and well taken care of every time we attend, thank you very much for the hospitality.

Jane & Dave, Hi. We finally made it to the Estate last night, Saturday. We wanted to take a few minutes to drop you a note and let you know what a great experience it was. Like we said below, we have attended a couple of Raleigh parties last year and we have been a little intimidated by the Estate. Saturday afternoon we decided to give it a try. Let us just say that you guys have a first class club. The hotel was fantastic, the shuttle was great and the orientation informative. Once we were there we danced, chatted, ate some breakfast, and had a great time upstairs! We even got to try that swing. Needless to say, we will be back. Please continue to work as hard as you do to think of all the details and offer a great entertainment value!! B & B

Although I’m not ready for a new relationship yet, on some nights, like tonight, I really need skin-to-skin hot-bodied sex. I miss it. I crave it. Face it—battery operated devices can only get you so far. It is a genuine need, like needing food or oxygen. What can a single girl do? Go home with some stranger they meet in a bar? How dangerous is that?! I came to the Estate tonight, had mind-blowing sex, and felt safe the whole time. My husband and I went to the Estate for the 2nd time this past Saturday, and we had an even better time than the 1st. We had a wonderful experience Saturday night with another couple. We just wanted to say thank you to the couple that took us to theater room for the 1st time…..couldn’t have had our 1st “full” experience at the Estate with a nicer couple. They were simply a joy to be around, they were so considerate and made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I can definitely see ourselves hanging out with you guys again, sorry we did not get a chance to exchange email addresses. Also, one day I am going to figure out not to put so much effort into fixing my hair, because somehow I keep winding up in the hot tub and/or pool! LOL Thank you to Gary as well for trying to help when I couldn’t figure out where I put my shoes….I love those shoes! hahaha It was such a nice crowd Saturday night…I haven’t danced that much in a long time! Good Morning. I just wanted to say thank you for creating such an amazing place. I was really nervous when we first arrived, not knowing exactly what to expect, and was imagining all sorts of things. I have to admit I wasn’t completely convinced the atmosphere would be “no pressure,” but that was exactly what we found when we arrived. All of the staff were friendly and polite. I would especially like to thank Jen for giving us the tour of the building and answering all of our questions. She did an outstanding job of putting us at ease almost immediately. The overall atmosphere of the club was one of safety and acceptance. We really appreciated that as it enabled us to let loose and experiment – and there is still so much left to experience! It’s as if our trip to the Estate last Friday has opened up a whole new world of possibilities to explore.

Hey Guys, We have been members for a little over a year now and have enjoyed the club many times and have watched the
transformation of ‘The Estate’ and are very pleased with the results. All the changes give the club a ‘fresh new
atmosphere’ and other couples that we’ve talked to feel the same. We love it!
But the most important thing is the fact that the club is now smoke-free to enable full enjoyment of
the entire club. It was almost impossible to walk throughout ‘The Estate’ without being turned off by the
smoke. You must admit that their are more non-smokers than smokers at the Estate and this will or should increase membership and make
it pleasant to be there!
I was just on the web site and with all the new additions you really should consider updating the photos on the site.

I want to thanks you for your attention and professionalism. It’s a great atmosphere even just to hang around and feel relaxed. The Non-Smoke policy is great (just outside the building). At the end of the night my cloth doesn’t smell cigarette smoke. Next time I will go directly to one of the Jacuzzi it really felt great, especially for my back problem. Wed like to share our first experience from this Friday. The staff was great and it was better than we could have ever hoped in terms of no pressure. Just nice diverse folks dancing and enjoying each others company. We even made it upstairs for our first ever lifestyle experience with another regular couple and it was hot. We are grateful to those who showed us a good time, walked us through and were great company to us all night by the pool and upstairs all night long. Those who are thinking about it for a long time and never decide to jump, you will be happy you did and
couldn’t ask for a more relaxed well run place to do it.

Last weekend was our first visit to The Estate and WE LOVED IT! Finally we have somewhere to go and feel comfortable and free, around other like minded adults! It was a breath of fresh air. We were welcomed with open arms (pun intended) and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The dinner and breakfast buffets were very tasty as well. I am positive we will be making many, many more memories for a long time to come
